Will the Freshers Festival be right for my organisation?

The Freshers Festival is the UK’s largest freshers fair, it is also the only student event which will allow you to reach thousands of students from all Universities and Colleges in the surrounding areas.

What does the cost for exhibiting include?

We try to make the event as easy as possible for you to attend. To do this we provide your shell scheme exhibition stand, a table, chairs, free wifi and overnight stand cleaning. We can also provide electricity (depending on your requirements there may be an extra charge for this). Further information can be found within the Exhibitor’s Manual sent out after booking.

So in essence all you need to do is dress your stand, staff it and get ready for a busy (but very fun) couple of days.

Do I have to purchase one of the “off-the-shelf” options on your media pack?

No, we provide these options on the media pack as they suit the marketing needs and budgets of the majority of our clients but we are happy to discuss ad-hoc experiential options and stand sizes.

We also offer various sponsorship types if you are looking for opportunities above and beyond the exhibition stand options.
